Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

  • Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will ship from our warehouse.
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. 

Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. These delays are outside our control, but we will assist whenever possible.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at suppport@alomei.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
